XO22 - Ultra-miniature HCMOS oscillator

One of the smallest SMD oscillators available. Ultra-miniature, 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.9mm package. Stability from ±10ppm, operating temperature range from -10° ~ +70°C to -40°~+85°C. A wide supply voltage range is available, 1.2 to 5.0 Volts.
