Credit Accounts

 
For approved credit account customers Euroquartz payment terms are 30 days following date of invoice. Non account customers may request a PRO-FORMA INVOICE which will acknowledge the order placed but will need to be paid BEFORE production commences. In this case the delivery leadtime stated will apply from receipt of funds. Alternatively, customers may pay by VISA or MASTERCARD in which case, in the interests of security, it is safer for customers to provide a telephone number where the cardholder may be reached to provide card details verbally. 
  

To summarize the means of doing business with Euroquartz, either of these systems may be used:
 
APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNT - Requires a CREDIT APPLICATION FORM to be completed and returned to Euroquartz.
PRO-FORMA INVOICE - A pro-forma invoice will be issued. Please note that production of orders will not commence until payment is received.

CASH WITH ORDER - CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD -

 
Either a cheque enclosed with the order or, for credit card payment, details of a telephone number where the cardholder may be contacted. 
 

Credit Card Payment Surcharge

 
Please note that payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 3% calculated on total goods value, delivery charges and any relevant tax.

If you would like to open an approved credit account please download the CREDIT ACCOUNT APPLICATION FORM and return to Euroquartz by fax or post.
